NEW ZEALAND: $10 Standard Shipping & insurance with DHL eCommerce.
All Aletheia & Phos orders include insurance in the shipping cost.
If an order is declared lost by our shipping provider, Aletheia & Phos will replace your order free of charge.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the next business day.
During sale events orders will be processed within 2 business days.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Service with insurance and signature on delivery.
Delivery is guaranteed next day if you are located within the Australia Post Network.

Orders are shipped with DHL. Delivery time is 7-12 business days depending on your location.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed, we'll send you an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking link.
MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?
If you notice an error in your shipping address contact Customer Care ASAP. In most cases we can amend your shipping address, however once your order has been picked up by our courier, we’re unable to make changes.
MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER, WHY?
This can happen if you're not home, your order hasn't been collected or if the delivery address was wrong or incomplete. To avoid your jewellery being returned to us, please ensure that you;
- Provide the correct delivery address. Aletheia & Phos are not liable for orders returned due to incorrect delivery address.
- Track your order regularly and note the estimated delivery time to ensure someone is available to sign for and receive your order. Aletheia & Phos are not responsible for orders returned if no one is present to accept your order or if it has not been collected.
- Aletheia & Phos will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
Return to sender orders can be reshipped at standard shipping rates.
Aletheia & Phos are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged. These will be treated as a non-return.
