VAT / IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

Shipping fees do not include local import taxes, VAT, or customs duties. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid by the recipient. Aletheia & Phos cannot accept returns due to unexpected customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept delivery, we will issue a store credit for the value of your order minus the return shipping cost. We are not liable for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs in your country.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED? 
We dispatch orders twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will ship the following Tuesday. 


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Australia: Next business day (within AusPost's express network)
Rest of the World: 3-5 business days


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email (and SMS if selected) with a tracking link and shipping confirmation.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is collected. Once it has left our studio, we’re unable to make changes.


RETURNED ORDERS

Orders may be returned to sender if:
• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
• No one is available to receive and sign for it
• The recipient selected ‘leave without signature’ and the parcel is lost, stolen, or misdelivered

Aletheia & Phos is not liable for:
• Orders returned to sender
• Parcels scanned as delivered by the courier
• Orders lost or damaged in return transit

Returned items can be resent at the standard shipping rate.


LOST PARCELS
If your order is declared lost in transit by Australia Post, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
