    At Aletheia & Phos, we pride ourselves on delivering stunning, premium, handcrafted jewellery. Should you change your mind within fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase, we are happy to offer you a credit note. Credit notes are issued in the form of an electronic gift card and valid for twelve (12) months. 

    Please note: Aletheia & Phos are not responsible for return shipping costs, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all return shipping costs. 

    Aletheia & Phos cannot accept international returns due to unexpected taxations from your country. All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you check all charges and requirements with your local customs office prior to purchasing. Should your order be returned to us due to refusal to pay applicable duties and taxes, we will issue a gift card for the value of your order minus the cost of return shipping to us.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN:

    • Item must be in original, brand new condition with return tag attached
    • Jewellery must be returned in the Aletheia & Phos gift box
    • No returns on custom pieces, solid gold pieces, earrings or sale items  

    Returns are assessed by our Customer Care team. Upon inspection, if a return does not meet the above requirements, Aletheia & Phos will return the item at the customers expense.

    Aletheia & Phos are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged.


    I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM A STOCKIST, HOW DO I RETURN IT?
    Aletheia & Phos do not accept returns from stockists. Please contact the stockist directly for their returns policy.


    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
    Aletheia & Phos do not issue refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect purchase.


    WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
    All Aletheia & Phos jewellery comes with a six (6) month manufacturing warranty. Our team follow strict quality control measures throughout the production process with a final inspection completed by our Customer Care team before shipping. On a rare occasion, a manufacturing fault may occur.
     
    Jewellery found to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge. To notify us of a defect, contact our Customer Care team
     
    Faults incurred after six (6) months are considered a result of general wear and tear.
    Manufacturing faults do not include: broken or snapped chains, tarnish, misshaped bands, bent claws, snapped pendants, chipped, cracked, lost gemstones or pendants.
