RETURNS
We want you to love your Aletheia & Phos piece. If you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card, valid for 3 years.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not reimburse international duties or taxes.
• We are unable to accept international returns due to customs restrictions. Please check any applicable import fees or charges with your local customs office before purchasing. If your parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, a gift card will be issued minus the cost of return shipping.

 

TO ARRANGE A RETURN: Contact our Customer Care team via email.
Return Requirements:
• Item must be unworn, in original condition, with the returns tag attached
• Must be returned in the original Aletheia & Phos gift box
• We do not accept returns on:
– Custom designs
– Solid gold pieces
– Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
– Sale items

All returns are assessed by our Customer Care team. If your item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense. We are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Aletheia & Phos do not issue refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect purchase.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
All Aletheia & Phos jewellery is covered by a six-month manufacturing warranty. Every piece passes through multiple quality checks, including a final inspection before dispatch. On rare occasions, a manufacturing fault may still occur.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Customer Care with photos and a description. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace your item at no cost.

Please note: General wear and tear is not considered a fault. This includes:
• Broken or snapped chains
• Tarnish or oxidisation
• Misshaped bands
• Bent claws
• Chipped, cracked, or lost gemstones or pendants
