TERMS OF SALE
We are an Australian company, all prices are in Australian dollars. Placing an order with Aletheia & Phos means you agree to all terms and conditions listed on our website, including our terms of service. All sales are final. Aletheia & Phos will close permanently on May 31, 2026.

VAT / IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post International Express. The receiver agrees to pay all import duties and taxes requested by your local customs office. Import duties and taxes are not paid for by Aletheia & Phos and are the responsibility of the receiver.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide with Australia Post Express International, however we can only ship to countries Australia Post can ship to. We are unable to ship to Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. You have 30 minutes after placing your order to change your shipping address or amend your order on the thank you page.
