We are happy to offer a credit note (excluding a $15 postage fee) should you change your mind within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Credit notes are issued in the form of a gift card and valid for 12 months.

Aletheia & Phos cannot accept international returns due to unexpected taxations from your country. All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office prior to purchasing.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN;
- Item must be in original, brand new condition
- Must be returned in the Aletheia & Phos gift box
- Include your Return Authorisation (RA) number
- No returns on earrings or SALE items
Returns are assessed by our Customer Care team. If a return does not meet our requirements, a $25 shipping fee will be charged to return your jewellery. Aletheia & Phos are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged.
I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM A STOCKIST, HOW DO I RETURN IT?
Aletheia & Phos do not accept returns from stockists. Please contact the stockist directly for their returns policy.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Aletheia & Phos do not issue refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect purchase. If you would like to return an item, we have a 7-day return policy here.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
All Aletheia & Phos jewellery comes with a six-month manufacturing warranty. Our team follow strict quality control measures throughout the production process with a final inspection completed by our Customer Care team before shipping. On a rare occasion, a manufacturing fault may occur.
Jewellery found to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge. To notify us of a defect, contact our Customer Care team.
Faults incurred after six-months are considered a result of general wear and tear.
